Guesthouse vacation rentals in City of Parramatta Council

Very comfortable and spacious. It may have been very hot in summer without air-conditioning, but we came in autumn, so it was comfortable, only needed the fan one day. It was very good to have a shower without water-saving shower heads, toilet without water-saving flush, and a good kitchen sink for washing up without bothering with a dishwasher. So we really liked the place, very spacious, which is hard to find nowadays. Parking on the street is restricted to 2 hours, but since we came for a weekend, the restrictions didn't apply after the first day.

Robert's place is in a beautiful, walkable part of Sydney that is easy to navigate between other parts of the city either via public transit or car. Plenty of street parking, local restaurants and cafes, a Saturday / Sunday farmer's market. Robert put plenty of personal touches like fruit, chocolate, and pristinely clean linens to make the place more welcoming. Highly recommend staying here, would stay again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We can’t recommend Rob and Lynsey’s bush retreat enough! The place was exactly as shown in the photos. It was extremely clean and comfortable. They provided everything that would be needed for a weekend getaway. The trampoline was a hit with our eldest and I’m sure if it wasn’t raining the pool would have been as well. Rob and Lynsey were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Thank you for hosting such a wonderful stay!

Right across the road from the beach, down one end was Kurnell Dog Beach which is why we chose this location, but the other end, nice spot with cafes, lots of fishing spots and walking trails. Noni’s home was pet friendly which was the biggest drawer card besides being across the road. Easy access and so safe, which I miss living in a beachside town.

The host was very generous with breakfast provisions including toasted muesli, muffins, yoghurt, butter, milk, and coffee pods. The accommodation itself is very clean and is next to the main residence. The outlook to the bush is very nice and whilst there is some traffic noise, it does not interfere with the quiet enjoyment of the property. Would recommend to anyone who wants a few days respite only an hour or so from inner Sydney.

Mirra’s place is just lovely and we had a great stay. The sauna and hot tub were so relaxing as was the lovely yard with ambient night time lighting. The kids were able to toast marshmallows in the fire pit and we enjoyed the barn so much! It is a lovely space with many thoughtful touches. Mirva even left some Easter chocolates for the kids 💜 Thank you for a great stay in your beautiful space.

Sarah's place was a great stay! We enjoyed the local beaches and the cafes. However, I would recommend visiting these places with a car as the distance back and forth is quite far. It is also a snug fit for 4 people, this Sarah had mentioned to us before hand. Overall, a good experience and a good weekend getaway!

5 Stars – A Wonderful Stay! I absolutely loved this property! It was clean, beautifully presented, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect – peaceful yet close to everything. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway, and I’d love to stay here again in the future!

A lovely hidden gem in Lewisham. Conveniently close to the airport, light rail, and train to the CBD—getting around was a breeze. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom a great size, and having a garage was a real bonus. The garden added a nice touch of serenity. Would happily stay here again!

Gary’s place is definitely our home away home. The first feeling we opened the door was cozy and clean with nice decor! The house is of appropriate size for our family with two toddlers. And Gary provided us with a highchair and a portable cot which are very useful for our stay. The kitchen is very well equipped with rice cooker, utensils and even different sizes of plastic containers. The bathroom is big with Sukin products. One thing to note is only washer is available, but during our stay, the weather was dry and sunny. It’s not a problem to dry our clothes after washing. There is an outdoor hanging rack and an extra foldable rack to dry the clothes. Washing liquids and softener are available too. My kids love the little outdoor area where they can go out to look at the stars at night. Gary and Rachel are very friendly and responsive and helped us solve the issue we had. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and we had a very good stay here. Would love to be back next time!

Really enjoyed my stay. it's a beautiful area and very well located. Good fun checking in through the lane way and entering a unique space that is beautifully decorated. would love to stay here again, had everything I needed for a short trip to Sydney.

Beautiful apartment with everything you could need for a short Sydney break . Spotless and comfortable in everyway. Garden furniture for a quiet drink on the deck . Quiet area , with good transport links. Would highly recommend.

Very close to translation which is a quick ride to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of surrounding hills though.

We stayed for a few nights. The location is very quiet, the host is very responsive, the place was beautifully appointed and had everything you would need for a great stay. We highly recommend you stay.

Kevin and Julie are amazing hosts and their home is absolutely beautiful - the flat was ideal for us, spacious, light and airy, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Their garden is magnificent - a fabulous spot to sit and enjoy a coffee whilst enjoying the birdsong. Their neighbourhood is quiet and very safe. We loved our stay and will definitely be back again before too long. Definitely one of the best we've stayed in - thank you Kevin and Julie!!

Our second stay and a great place to stay in Sydney's adjacent inner city. All the quality facilities we needed for a week+ long stay, including essential provisions (and a complementary bottle of wine 😀) Close to a great range of shops & facilities within easy walking distance in Annandale. Great transport links to the city and adjacent suburbs nearby. With family nearby, we will be back!

I had a great stay at Han’s Airbnb while I was in Sydney for a friends wedding— it was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, clean, and easily accessible to transit, shops and restaurants. Han went above and beyond as a host and even brought me a care package when I got sick during my stay which was so thoughtful and was such a lifesaver. Highly recommend booking this airbnb for your next trip to Sydney!

다년간 다녀본 에어비앤비 중 최고였습니다. Mary는 친절했고 숙소는 부족함이 없을 뿐 아니라 아늑하고 따뜻했어요! 저는 번화가 보다는 교통이 발달된 현지인들이 많이 사는 조용한 동네를 선호하는 사람이고 저랑 취향이 비슷한 분이라면 정말 마음에 드실거에요 :) 주변에 카페, 맛집, 마트 다 있고 노스 시드니에서 묵는 만큼 CBD까지 페리를 타고 다니는 낭만도 즐겨보세요!

I was in Sydney for a course at the Wood Academy in Marrickville, 5 minutes walk away, via a selection of great cafes for breakfast and ample restaurants for dinner. Alex and Matt were immediate responders to any queries or requests. Entrance via laneway was 'interesting' but not scary, unless you have a fear of hipsters. Plenty of public transport options connecting to Metro, Rail and Bus Not the kind of place to just hang out in but if you are looking for a comfy and convenient spot in Marrickville, this is it.

We loved our stay at Nadia’s cute little studio in Rosebery! The outdoor shower was a standout – such a lovely experience. The water pressure was amazing. it was hard to get out! Inside the studio, the bed was super comfy, and the big TV was a nice bonus. Nadia had everything ready – snacks, breakfast items, juice, water, coffee – it was all there and super convenient. She was a pleasure to chat with and the perfect host. We’ll definitely be back!

Can't speak highly enough of our host Sandra. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. All communication with her was answered really quickly. The accommodation was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. We'll definitely try and stay here again if we are in the area.

This Airbnb experience is beyond my expectations! One of the best! Both Paul and Wendy are very kind and responsive. This space is compact, yet they provide everything that a traveller needs. Clean and neat! An outdoor table is perfect for having a cup of tea or coffee. The grass area next to the pool is also perfect for a walk. It is located in a tranquil and beautiful area. The day my wife and I checked out, we got to catch the late flight home that evening. But Wendy said, “I have checked and there is no one on the day you are checking out, so you are welcome to stay as late as you need.” Wendy also further mentioned that, as travellers, she thought that if the host could have done this to them, that would be wonderful! Their generosity so touched us! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Shane is a wonderful host and was very helpful when I encountered some issues with checkout as my husband’s car had broken down. Shane was very understanding of the situation and was very flexible. He is an honest host and the place was clean and tidy. There were lots of tasty snacks provided by Shane as well at the accommodation. The place is very cosy and was perfect for us as a couple to stay there over the long weekend. Parking was easy and convenient. The home is also easy to find. Check-in was also easy to do. We would definitely love to stay there again.
