Great location, easy walk to both Newtown and Erskineville precincts. Apartment was super clean, well appointed and secure. owner was friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were fantastic—extremely responsive and always willing to help. The flat was in excellent condition, with a wonderfully spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it perfect for a longer stay. One small thing to note: when entering or exiting the building via the lower ground level, there can occasionally be strong and unpleasant cooking smells from the restaurant located there. Also, the master bedroom bed is on wheels and can shift around a bit—something to keep in mind if you move a lot in your sleep.

julie was very friendly, i came to sydney with my kids and my parents, she gave us a lot of help and very nice host. The house is very good, I am a person who is easy to sleep in a new place, magically but living in her house will not lose sleep and sleep well, and the location is too good, it is a minute walk from the supermarket, we come to julie's next vacation

There are numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, adding to the convenience. The host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, ensuring a seamless check-in process and providing helpful local tips. The secure building and quiet surroundings made for a restful stay. I highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable accommodation in Sydney. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

Great place for a short stay in Sydney. Welll serviced by public transport to the CBD and the inner west. very safe for a solo traveller. Walkable to cafes and bakeries. very comfortable bed and 2 sitting rooms. Bonus points for Gordon the cat introducing himself to me in the front garden. Very quiet location and great water pressure in the shower.

The apartment matches the pictures and description the host was wonderful and friendly. It was very convenient to catch the train and lots of restaurants to choose from within 5 minutes of walking. we made wonderful memories with the family. I travelled with kids and the noise of airplanes woke them up too early, but that's to be expected if you choose to stay in Mascot.

The apartment is located in a great area which is close to the Darling Harbour precinct, World Square, Town Hall with all the public transport amenities close by. Host was very responsive to needs as well.
