Rafael was one of the best hosts I’ve had. He made me feel very comfortable and was helpful with his service and communication. His instructions were clear, and I enjoyed my stay with no issues. He even helped me to check in at an earlier time when I asked, as well as extend my stay at the property for an extra day. Thanks again for the unforgettable experience!

Very beautiful home, felt like home. This location is close to markets, stores and shopping centers. Franklin was very attentive to our needs. Upon initial inspection after my arrival, We came to find that there were issues with the washer. He was quick to get someone to fix it, meanwhile he contracted the local laundry to be at our disposal for any laundry needs (included pick up and drop off at the airbnb). I recommend Franklin to anyone who visits DR.

It is a unique experience, I would come back again and again from so beautiful and practical that it is the place and Edinson is very friendly and available at all times. If you are thinking of going to a comfortable and exclusive place this is perfect for you. It has many facilities to be comfortable and it is also an efficiently organized space. • An easy and very efficient arrival. • Necessary features available at all times such as microwave, refrigerator, basic eating utensils for two people, coffee maker, iron and more... •Hygiene was excellent. Everything was clean and in order. • Basic needs available such as towels, soap, shampoo up to conditioner and much more... In conclusion the stay was perfect thanks to the comfort of this beautiful place.✅️

Very spacious house, wonderful backyard to relax in (private and very green!). House had everything you needed including appliances, coffee, sugar, washing machine, fans, ac. Very responsive host and clean property. In such a great location right on the plaza but felt safe. Walkable to the zona in under a minute, Calle conde is a 5min walk. Would highly recommend and will return!

I think 5 stars doesn't do it justice. The place was spectacular. I felt at home straight away. Enjoyed the space, the pool and open areas, the amenities and facilities and appliances provided. Clean, spacious, very proactive and responsive host, comfortable beds and a very entertaining pool. This home is right at the heart of Zona Colonial and a stone-throw away from some of the main cultural and historical hotspots. When we come back to Santo Domingo, this is the place we will try to stay.

had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. I arrived really late (1am) and HOST had everything set up for me to easily have access to the house. Once inside the property itself was stunning - beautifully maintained and spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was spectacular. The home is in a small gated community with plenty of doors that you can lock to separate you from the hustle and bustle. Book this home, located in one of the best areas in Santo Domingo.

Sensational

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

I definitely enjoyed this place and the host was every helpful for anything I needed . I needed to check out late and he allowed me to do so with no problem . Apartment was very clean and the shower had hot water kitchen had everything needed to make a home meal I definitely will be staying again

One of the best experiences, unbeatable quality price, extremely comfortable, clean and tidy. Jose Luis was extremely friendly even, I tube the courtesy of bringing more savanna and towels than were so they could be used while washing the others. he was always attentive and cortex we were very satisfied!!!

Loved the place, everything was spot clean. We arrived very late at night and we had no issues getting to the apt. Super quick check-in. Loved the place very cozy and comfortable and the bed was amazing. Loved the fact that the grocery store was 5 mints away everything was near by. 100% recommend. Will def come back if needed.

Brayan was a great host and extremely responsive! Didn’t matter if he was sick or not, he still communicated. There was a point where the water heater leaked but really, that’s outside of anyone’s control. I notified Brayan the moment k saw a leak in the Airbnb and immediately responded to get a plumber out asap. Given the factors that my schedule was pretty tight, the leak was fixed and even upgraded so things happen for a reason lol I’d still highly recommend and would absolutely look forward to renting another Airbnb with him. He even suggested a local Colmado to bring what I needed straight to my door. Freaking amazing service!!! SUPER HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING!! If I could give a 10 star I absolutely would

My stay was excellent. The hubicacion is a plus because we stayed close to everything. Very comfortable with private bathrooms each room. Kitchen, dining room and TV in each room and living room, convenient for TV viewing lovers. We did not have the pleasure of passing outside. I would stay again. Communication with Saul is a 10 out of 10.

Perfect spot to be close to everything in Santo Domingo. Lots of restaurants options in the east side of the city and just minutes away from the downtown of Santo Domingo best spots. As for the property well maintained from the lobby till the apartment itself. They keep the apartment super clean and well modern. Definitely keeping it as one of my top options if I’m in town.
