Rustic stone house with unbelievable views. Here you get a quiet holiday in the countryside in the picturesque little village of Vicoli. The house is newly renovated and renovated in all rooms. Upstairs, accessed via a staircase on the outside, there are two bedrooms and a WC. All bedrooms upstairs have AC and heating and downstairs there is a large AC. Downstairs there is a living room, new kitchen with dining area in one, there is a bathroom with laundry room, toilet and shower. In the living room, there is a fireplace, 2 beds and TV. Wifi IS available IN the house.

It is located in a small Abruzzo village that is part of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The feature oftheproperty is the Majella stone construction that makes the house cool in the summer. Parking (not paid) is located near the building. Also ideal for those who want to go to the sea (reachable in about 30 minutes).

Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

La Taverna

Comfortable apartment in the central area. Private parking is available in front of the house and exclusive garden equipped for friends and families. The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a large living area equipped with: electric oven, induction hob, fireplace and a practical sofa bed; a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Garden lights are closed by 11pm, unscheduled parties are not allowed.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
