Cozy historical efficiency on a 15acre Farm!

Stroll back to the fully stocked pond with a serenity view. enjoy a picnic or fishing from the covered dock. This Farmhouse was a 1800's StageCoach Stop and the efficiency was the summer kitchen the we have renovated into an apartment. You have a your own fire pit space to enjoy the evening. 2 parking spots. We are next to Pattison Lodge which host many weddings. We are also located across the street from Pattison Park with a walking trail, playground with a large new picnic shelter. NO PETS
