Very welcoming apartment, if not already because of the many small services that the owner puts at our disposal, and by the care he brings to his apartment. Very well equipped kitchen and very nice bathroom. This apartment is very bright, and our grandchildren say: amazing! And can we stay there for a week? What a great conclusion!

We had a great time at Genevieve's place which was very nice and available. She had useful information for things to visit in the area. We were very well settled, we really enjoyed feeling at home. It's even nicer than the photos. The location is very convenient, even for people who travel without a car as is our case: Clermont and Royat accessible on foot or by transport (bus right next door), very close to shuttles to go for hikes (Puy de Dôme, Pariou for example) or go to Lemptégy or Vulcania. Supermarkets, restaurants and lots of small shops (cheese shops and local products, bakeries etc.) immediately nearby. Really, very nice, highly recommend.

Beautiful house (the exterior photos don't do it justice!), thoroughly renovated (as evidenced by a vintage photo hanging on the wall!) and tastefully. All the necessary equipment is present, kitchen, living room and master suite are very comfortable, very nicely furnished and equipped. Some work and finishes are not finished upstairs (neither annoying nor too visible), perhaps an independent shower room that would avoid congestion in the shower room of the master suite? Only downside to our taste: the smell of stale tobacco (and deodorant) which we are not used to… but it is clearly indicated that the house is for smokers. A great stay in summary, the house is a peaceful oasis to recharge your batteries from walks to discover Auvergne!

It was a dream stay in an apartment where everything was in place for the well-being of the tenants that we were. The contact and meeting with the owners was a great moment of conviviality. The region, which we had already discovered, won us over again and it is with great pleasure that we will return to Tauves and of course to this superb apartment because, thanks to the good advice of Mrs. and Mr. CHAVET, many cultural and gastronomic contacts with regional producers are still to be discovered.

We had a great time at Lucie's home with our kids. She welcomed us very warmly and took the time to explain everything to us as soon as we arrived. The listing is clean, functional, and as described. The place is very quiet and peaceful, while being well located in relation to Clermont-Ferrand. A address we recommend without hesitating!

I recommend Apolline's place, as described. Ideal accommodation for 1 family or friends in a relaxing setting. Of great size, we are well in terms of the space even at 8pers for sleeping, soothing. Quality bedding in the 4 beds. Super well equipped kitchen. Mezzanine, Downstairs living room and veranda appreciable both in size and comfort. And what about foosball, old-fashioned pinball and billiards, great. We loved our weekend. Excellent communication with Apolline, who advises and clear instruction. I recommend it again!!

Excellent stay at Julien's: the apartment is located in an adorable village, from which it is possible to reach many centers of interest in the region quickly. Walking trails all around (Julien left plenty of guides), Gergovie and its nice museum, geysers, and even the “Colorado Auvergnat”. The village of Monton is very pretty, and other beautiful villages to see within 15’drive. In addition, the accommodation, with its huge living room, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the surrounding fields and puys, is really very pleasant. Very well equipped kitchen and possibility to find excellent products nearby (in St Amant Tallende). Excellent bedding, too. In short, a place where it's really nice to spend your holidays!

This apartment was functional including a large family with elevator and small entrance that can accommodate skis and other equipment (coat rack, boots...). It is part of a large real estate complex. On the ground floor is a bar that looks very nice, that doesn't fill up while being remarkably discreet. Located right in the center, with all amenities. Mont Dore to ski a few minutes away by vehicle.
