Located just 35 minutes north of Burlington and just over an hour away from Montreal, this home away from home provides a great homebase to enjoy a mixture of outdoor recreation with nearby city options.

Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of private waterfront home on beautiful Lake Champlain. The home was originally constructed in 1840 by the family for whom our bay is named. The lakeside fire pit & patio are a great place to chill by the water. There are 3 King bedrooms, a trundle bed (2 twins) and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. One King bedroom with walk in shower is on the first first floor. We have a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second floor. No large parties.

Please be aware, the basement will be occupied by the property caretaker, who has no access to your vacation home, and does not share any amenities with you. All the fun stuff is yours!
