Guest messaging

My team and I handle bookings and the guest experience entirely in house. Nothing is outsourced to a third party company.

On-site guest support

My team and I are local to Oklahoma City so we can help if guests need anything.

Cleaning and maintenance

I partner with Hive Helper for all cleaning. For other repairs we have a vendor list to handle repairs as needed.

Listing photography

Before your photoshoot I meet with the photographer to discuss staging, styling, and amenity high lights.

Interior design and styling

Styling is one of the most important parts of offering a great space. I can style your home or refresh the space as needed.

Licensing and hosting permits

We can apply for licensure and attend city hearings on your behalf for $300 (taxes and fees paid to the city not included).
