From start to finish I'll get your listing set up to meet or exceed the competition. Photos and staging - keys to success.
Setting prices and availability
We scan the competition's listings multiple times a week to fine-tune our price point and find the pricing sweet spot.
Booking request management
We build a rapport with our guests and feel we can intuitively vet them based on that. And we utilize reviews and ratings.
Guest messaging
Personal communication is a priority and part of developing a rapport. We don't use canned responses. Short and to the point.
On-site guest support
We are available 24/7 and promise a 2 hour or less response time. We have "people on the ground" to handle problems quickly.
Cleaning and maintenance
I encourage and support a a fair wage and expect perfection. I emphasize frequent drop in inspections and deep cleans.
Listing photography
We have a professional photographer in house with the editing skills necessary to make a grand first impression.
Interior design and styling
Our goal is clean and bright. No detail is left undone. Perfection is key if you want high guest ratings and conversions.
Additional services
We have done a majority of the labor on our houses. Anything outside of our scope of experience we will hire a professional.
