Overall satisfied. Exactly as described. The only issue I had was with the parking. Carter describes the parking as "free street parking," which is absolutely true. Unfortunately, street parking in front of the house is usually never available. I always had to park a block or two away from the house. If you don't mind the walk, it's no problem. But for me with four small children, it became cumbersome. Other than that, it's a great place with a great bathroom!

The location was perfect, and the beds were comfortable. While it wasn’t the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in, it was still fine overall. We did have some trouble finding street parking all three nights of our stay. The apartment is actually on the first floor of a four-story complex. Light sleepers should be aware that you can hear the neighbors upstairs, and on rainy days, the sound of water hitting the outdoor pipes can be a bit distracting.

Carter’s place was our perfect home base for exploring Seattle! The location was fantastic—close to everything we wanted to see and do. The space was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and everything was well thought out for a great stay. Carter was a great host, responsive and helpful. We’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in town! Highly recommend!

The house that we stayed in was in a awesome part of Seattle! The neighborhood was very walkable, and there were plenty of restaurants, coffee, shops, and bars in the neighborhood. Our host was really attentive on everything that we asked for. He was quick to respond and was able to accommodate us on requests that we made. I highly recommend this property to stay at!

Nice, clean, well appointed place to stay during sightseeing in Seattle. There wasn’t a ton of livable room but the beds were comfortable, the bathroom super clean and well stocked, and the. place was in a nice neighborhood, across the street from the bus stop

The location of the house is excellent, the room is very clean and tidy, the host is very friendly, our flight arrived in Seattle at noon, after communicating with the host, he kindly let us check in early, thank you very much! The mattress and bedding are also very comfortable. Each room has a TV. Although it is not big, it is still very cozy to lie in bed and watch TV in winter. Bus 4 is just outside. It is convenient and fast to get around. I will definitely recommend it to my friends!

The apartment was clean and the rooms had comfortable beds, we struggled a bit finding street parking but other then that everything else was as described. Would definitely recommend this place.
