In the center, a central table surrounded by padded benches becomes sometimes a living space, sometimes a bed platform that can accommodate 2 adults in addition to 2 children from 4 to 14 years old on the net mezzanine. It is located halfway between the renowned Coaticook creamery (1.8 km) and the city center (1.7 km). In addition, opposite this same dairy, you will find the famous Coaticook Microbrewery. Several hiking trails are also nearby, not to mention the new Coaticook movie theater in downtown and much more.

Cottage located in the mountains, peaceful environment, walking distance from the mountain and near Lake Lyster. Equipped with a full kitchen, a wood stove and a heat pump you will be in comfort no matter the weather. The cottage has a king bed for the main occupants and a foldable queen bed for guests/children. Wood is provided for the fireplace during the winter season. Water comes from an artesian well and is drinkable.
