Our stay in the apartment was great. The condominium is in front of the beach, making it easy to go to the beach on foot. Apto has all the items mentioned in the listing.

Lovely apartment in a secure complex a stone’s throw from one of the best beaches in Ubatuba. There are a few local amenities but Ubatuba proper is only a 15 min drive away. The apartment is modern and well appointed with a lovely view of the pool area that has grill stations for a churrascaría. 24 hour security and face recognition access means you feel very safe, although the local area is very peaceful and not at all threatening. The beach is only a short walk away and is lovely.

The stay at Reylly's site was wonderful. The accommodations exceeded our expectations, as everything is very fancy, clean, beautiful and organized. I had already stayed in the condominium twice, and it has a wonderful pool, but this is an apartment that I liked the most. The apartment is very hith-tech, and is equipped with all that is needed for comfortable lodging. Also, Reylly is a great host, super attentive and helpful. We will definitely return if God permits.

We are very helpful in answering any questions, from the time of the confirmed booking. Mrs. Angélica who took care of the cleanliness and organization, very helpful and friendly.(included in the stay). We hired her to take care of our food too (not included in the stay). All very new and well served. Fortress, access to the Praia do Pulso, which is private of the condominium. We used to enjoy the beach until lunchtime and return home with the feast ready. My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava beach in Fortaleza. The description is very assertive and the house matches everything that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is sufficient for what is proposed. There is a large amount of utensils and appliances. There is a grocery store very close, as well as a snack bar, with delivery service. Zélia (recommended by Solange for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is an invitation apart. A low profile atmosphere amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (on some days you can even surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

The house was much larger than we expected with a stunning seaside view. Very unique layout with lots of interesting features. Would definitely stay again!

Extremely clean, tidy home with everything we need for a great stay. Pool is wonderful, all very good! The Marli who received us very responsive, attentive. We have already stayed in some houses in the condominium and this was definitely the best. Thank you Rose.

Excellent place, easy location and had what needed.

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

We spent a week in the apartment, quiet region, the house has everything you need to make food like stove, air frayer, microwave, some kitchen items, we spend only on the market and save a lot. We slept in the living room because it was very hot in the bedroom and the fans did not work out, but the bed sofa is very comfortable to sleep. We very much like the place and the quieter beaches: Cocanha and Mococa, are clean, have a boat trip to the island of Tamanduá... Keylando always responded quickly, willing to give us information we needed. We felt at home, we wanted to stay longer. It was wonderful!!!

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention by Sergio, I felt at home, because the apt offers all the amenities necessary for the daily life on the coast and after a day of the beach finish with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Super recompense!

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was extremely clean and organized. Although we had the bad luck of catching a lot of rain in the city, what comforted us was feeling welcome and very comfortable inside the apartment, which had all the items described, in addition to a well-equipped kitchen.
