Junio's apartment, faithful to the ad, is very new and preserved, clean and with everything we needed. It has all the kitchen utensils, from new pots, glass sleepers, silverware, glasses, bowls among others. Everything working, we did not have a problem with anything, good location, you can walk if you like to walk a little to the waterfront, very close to the aquarium and restaurants. Junio always attentive to messages and responded on readiness. Definitely deserves 5 stars and I'll be back for sure.

Everything was great from start to finish! We enjoyed every minute and felt at home. In the rainy days we take advantage of the pools. I was able to wash clothes in the laundry room. The Moringa, Alecrim and Okone Sushi restaurants gained my heart and stomach. We took a speedboat ride. In short, I am passionate about Ubatuba and Tenório Beach. Célia was available quickly for any questions.

We are very helpful in answering any questions, from the time of the confirmed booking. All very new and well served. Fortress, access to the Praia do Pulso, which is private of the condominium. We used to enjoy the beach until lunchtime and return home with the feast ready. My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava beach in Fortaleza. The description is very assertive and the house matches everything that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is sufficient for what is proposed. There is a large amount of utensils and appliances. There is a grocery store very close, as well as a snack bar, with delivery service. Zélia (recommended by Solange for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is an invitation apart. A low profile atmosphere amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (on some days you can even surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

The house is perfect , very airy and spacious Condominium with all the infrastructure, gym , swimming pools , sauna One of the amenities offered that made the difference was the beach chairs and umbrellas , the staff who put it in the place the guest indicates , all perfect ! Thaís was extremely solicitous and attentive ,we will be back for sure !

I and my family loved the place. After 14hrs of road due to traffic, all we wanted was for the house to be perfect. More than compensated, everything working perfectly, the house looks like a movie mansion. The noise of the river, the peace of the place and the quiet neighborhood improved what was already perfect. I recommend and sure if you ever return to Maranduba, it will be in this paradise.

Excellent accommodation! The apartment is super cozy, well decorated and made us feel right at home from the first moment. We loved Charles place. Having multiple pools and the gym within the compound made a huge difference to our holidays. The flat was really clean and has everything you need for your holidays. Also we close proximity to the shops and restaurants meant we didn't drive at night. You do have to drive to the beaches and the most beautiful ones we're only about 25min away, so again great location! We will definitely be back. Thanks Charles!

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention by Sergio, I felt at home, because the apt offers all the amenities necessary for the daily life on the coast and after a day of the beach finish with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Super recompense!
