Electric is 50 amp and can be used as 30-amp if you have an adapter.

We have 9 acres to enjoy in world World renowned Ramsey Canyon with 100+ bird feeders, a mile of trails and 3 Bird Gardens. The sites have access to a clean portable restroom and outdoor sink/wash up area. Because of Ramsey Canyon's unique "Sky Island" environment, numerous animals and birds call it home year round or during their migration and is known as the hummingbird capital of the US.

Nancy's Nest Mountains Trees and Solitude

A spacious get-away nestled amidst desert trees in view of the breath taking Dragoon Mountain range. Living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and bedroom spaces. 12 foot by 32 foot roofed patio allows for indoor/outdoor living. The only sounds you are likely to hear are those of the coyote and other desert friends. There is a telescope available to view the amazing night skies. We also have a ground set fire pit for roasting marshmallows and enjoying the mountains at night.
