This is the second time we have stayed in Cesar's apartment and he has always met all expectations, a very good location, the sector is very quiet, nice and has restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Dean and Cristina are great hosts. They responded very quickly to any questions or problems we had. The apartment is in a great location in a very quiet residential neighborhood while at the same time it is close to many restaurant and shopping locations like the Arboleda Shopping Center. The building has excellent security with 24 hour per day doormen, who provide access to the building and treat everyone very well. The internet works well in the apartment and the two televisions are good one with Colombian programming and the other with access to things like Netflix and Amazon Prime. The apartment has a nice deck for sitting outside and we experienced no bugs or insects using it. There is one minor inconvenience for the apartment. The apartment has a clothes washer but no dryer, so the clothes must be hung to dry after washing. This can be done for most items but not the bedding which cannot be hung to dry. To wash bedding the owners must come by and pick it up for cleaning.

The apt is very nice and elegant, just as you can see in the photos, the order and cleanliness about 10 and the apto has everything you need for an excellent stay. The place is very nice, cozy, the pools super clean, I did not know the village but it is really very nice and has everything very close.

The only thing that could improve, is the kitchen utensils, very little for the amount of people who can stay in the apartment.
