Posizione strategica per raggiungere mare, montagna, lago o semplicemente scoprire i borghi limitrofi: Boville Ernica, Veroli, Abbazia di Casamari, Isola del Liri, Arpino. Siamo a 20 minuti dal casello autostradale.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Halfway between Rome and Naples, two-room apartment in the historic center, completely renovated in every detail, a small 50m paved hill from the main square of the town where the Parish of S.S. Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
