There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. The view is breathtakingly beautiful - you have the opportunity to grill overlooking the sea. Luca and his family were very nice and always available. The beach is in a few minutes' walk. We also thought it was great to borrow surfboards and kayaks to paddle and store our sup at the bottom of the beach. It is also great that you can use sun loungers and sunshades on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and even a dishwasher and washing machine are provided. We especially enjoyed the peace and the view!

This place is simply amazing and Simona is probably the best host you can find, she makes you feel like a family friend and not just a guest. She made quite q few recommendations (even after leaving her place) that really made a difference. The house, the restaurant, the staff, the surrounding area, the swimming pool, everything is like coming out of one of those films that makes you want to go to Tuscany, so authentic and aesthetic. All the details are carefully looked after and this place makes you feel exactly as you expect when you choose Tuscany. Thanks a lot Simona, we really enjoyed these days and we expect to come back in the future.

How nice to meet the host in person instead of the usual key box! Laura is very friendly and helpful, throughout the stay she was informed about how the stay was going. The house is really comfortable, accessible and beautiful, very bright. A nice balcony very comfortable to eat. We found cleaning and personal products. In the kitchen, sweets and deliciousness. In the evening the car is not needed because you are directly in the center near restaurants, bars, harbor, promenade to the sea. The only thing is the consumption expenses to be paid ( of which I was informed) but since it is the first time I have had no idea how much they could be. Instead, they've been restrained. I would definitely love to come back.

We had amazing time at Esther. The house (especially kitchen) is very well equipped, clean and spacious. I love the atmosphere of the house. The village is also beautiful, the rocky coast is not ideal for swimming (with children) but we spent every evening watching the sea at Spiaggia della Madonnina near the house and we loved that. Also great gelateria and pizza (Acqua & Forino) is nearby. And you can take the train to visit Florence!Esther and her husband are nice people and always helpful. Hope we will come back one day :-)

We had a really good time in a comfortable house and a stone's throw from Albus Alpacas !

Susanna gave us an excellent welcome. The house surrounded by nature is beautiful and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The large, fenced garden is perfect for four-legged friends who can play free and worry-free. The quiet area sheltered from traffic gives guests the right relaxation. The center is less than a 5-minute drive or can be reached on foot by taking a nice walk in the green of the Maremma. Amenities - such as supermarkets and clubs - are also less than 5 minutes away. Excellent.

We had the pleasure of staying a week at Fulvia's, who we found to be very kind and helpful for everything together with her husband. We had a very good time!

Paradise environment, in a spectacular setting, very close to the center. House full of all comforts, elegant, perfect for a total relaxing stay. Antonio is always ready to meet your every request, kind, friendly and hospitable. Definitely back!!
