staying in this house was like feeling at home, there was everything you need to enjoy the weekend in relaxation, nothing was missing! The house is surrounded by greenery with some swings for children, and nearby there is a riding school where you can take lessons or go on simple horseback rides. Marco is a perfect host, always available and responsive, and very friendly. Absolutely recommended!

We only stayed for two nights and had a very good time. Susanne is super helpful and responds to messages quickly. The house is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. He also made us find things in the kitchen. The only downside is that it doesn't take the network, but there's wifi available in the house, which always worked except for one night.

The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

We only stayed one night at Francesca’s apartment, but it was enough to feel how special and welcoming she is. From the very first message, she was incredibly kind and helpful, making everything easy for us. You can feel how much care she puts into every detail — not just in the apartment, but also in how she treats her guests. The place is full of light, beautifully decorated, and perfectly clean. The balcony with sea view was such a gift — we sat there just taking in the sound of the waves and feeling completely relaxed. Even for a short stay, it felt like a peaceful escape. We had time to rent bikes and cycle along the coast to Marina di San Vito, which was absolutely beautiful — an easy, scenic ride that we would definitely recommend if you’re in the area. Thank you again, Francesca, for your warmth and hospitality — it was short but sweet, and we truly hope to come back one day for a longer stay!

Marco was always quickly accessible digitally and helpful. House is as described, well equipped and close to the sea - it is actually only 500 meters, but also about 50 meters in altitude, which makes it quite exhausting on foot and by car. The area was already very off-season at the beginning of October - during the week practically nothing is open anymore, which is why I would prefer to drive to a slightly more lively area at the time, because you needed a car for every shopping, restaurant or even just café visit and the access to the house was always a bit tedious. In summer, however, it is certainly great there with many beaches nearby! We also loved the Adriatic cycle path, which we enjoyed in both directions.

Joan’s place was so comfortable and peaceful! It truly felt like I found someone who shared my decor brain and fashioned a home exactly to my heart’s desires. The views from the Colledimezzo and Bomba villages are stunning. It is a very quiet “tranquillo” village with the sweetest of villagers. We weren’t sure exactly where to go when we pulled in with our car and just like Joan had mentioned, within moments, five villagers stepped forward to show us the way. In fact one of the older men walked us right down to the apartment 💗

For us, the place was perfect, the kids were happy about the fast wifi. Perfect location and everything is within walking distance - bakery, grocery store, very fine gelateria and various restaurants. Key exchange worked out great, although it was a holiday in Italy.

Alessandro was a responsive and accurate host. Your place was as described, it was fully stocked. Great location and lovely surroundings. Perfect for visiting the park comfortably, there are many people who feel that leave from Caramanico.

Everything as in the photographs, a very clean house... bright... very close to the beach. Ideal for those traveling with a dog. Highly recommended.
