Vacation rentals with breakfast in Colorado River

Loved staying here! Perfect spot to stay on our way from the Grand Canyon to Las Vegas. Very cute, cozy, and clean! Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

The house was great! Had everything we needed! Made us feel right at home. Great location within a beautiful area! We also enjoyed the sweet oranges off the orange tree out back!! Host was very quick to respond with any questions we had and gave clear instructions on check in and out process and accommodations. We were very pleased and recommend this house!

This was the Old Baseball Boys second year to stay with Roma for Baseball Spring Training. There were 4 of us and Roma's place was perfect. Plenty of room , great backyard, and great location. We will see you next year Roma. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

Everything was as described and we enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very accommodating and reponsive. Would stay again. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure to stay at John's house. We rented it for a whole month while we moved to Kingman. It was a big help to have a home base while looking for a home, and getting it ready for move in. Much better than staying in a hotel. Also our dogs loved it there and the owners have 2 dog doors in the house! It was just my husband and I, but I would highly reccomended this house for a large family or group, plenty of room.

Went with a bunch of my friends for Baseball Spring Training. The 8 bedrooms were perfect. The greedy guys scrambling to take dibs on the rooms. The place had plenty of recreational amenities to keep us occupied - pool, basketball court, giant connect 4 game, games, etc. Kitchen, bedrooms and common areas were extremely well stocked and equipped. Walking distance to plenty of stores and restaurants. Our favorite was and will always be Bullshooter - we will never forget that place (pool tables, regulation length corn hole arena, darts, etc). Definitely will consider coming back here if we do this again.

Dwight and his team were fantastic. Very quick with their communication during our stay, easy to work with on check in and check out. We were a group of 9 on a bachelor party and had plenty of room and activities at the house to have a great time with a fantastic location as well. About 10-15mins from the strip and 10 mins from old vegas. It was awesome, would definitely stay with his group again!

Beautiful, private and peaceful. Close to everything yet far enough removed from it all. Erica went above and beyond, even extending my stay another night upon late request. I would stay here again, no hesitation. Ty for the great stay

OMG!! What a hidden gem. I would recommend this stay for anyone who is looking to have the Vegas experience without staying directly on the strip. It’s conveniently close to absolutely every Vegas has to offer. Literally minutes to the strip. Palms was a stone throw away. Also had parking for our rental car! Sasha rocks. She was super responsive and had every amenity under the sun! Even our favorite toothpaste! Saying this place is clean is an understatement it was impeccable! Sasha went above and beyond with all of our questions. She had passes for red rock canyon which we unfortunately couldn’t get to see but we will next time! It was 43 mins from the Hoover dam and 2 hours from the Grand Canyon! We were able to see both! I love this place it felt like a home away from home. We WILL be staying there again!! Thanks Sasha you will be hearing from us sooner than later!

We loved staying at Josh & Kylie’s B & B. Very peaceful and close to the park entrance. Everything was super clean and the bed was so comfy! They served a wonderful breakfast both mornings we were there. Would love to come back here!

My favorite Airbnb in the many years I’ve been using the app. This is beautiful, well laid out home. Nicely decorated and clutter free. The air purifiers around the house were a welcome bonus. Wish we stayed long enough to use the large theatre room, the foosball and air hockey. (We stayed 3 nights and were busy the whole time.) We enjoyed sitting outside on the covered patio - nice outdoor sofa and chairs. Nicole responded quickly to any questions. Absolutely would stay again!

What a wonderful stay, great room in a great city! Richard and Jude are wonderful people and enjoyed every second of our conversation! Definitely recommend to anyone going to Flagstaff.

We had a perfect stay at Happy Happy Joy Joy! Incredibly friendly and gracious hosts, spotless accommodations, tasty road trip breakfast, coffee and great fellowship. I'd highly recommend if you're in need of a reasonable priced room 20 minutes outside of the park.

Karen and Bruce were extremely kind and helpful. The location of their home could not be more convenient. It's easy to get anywhere from their home. I would stay with them again. We had plenty of room to roam in the home. It had a beautiful yard and plenty of gorgious flowers and plants all around. It felt warm and welcoming to be there. Sedona is so beautiful and spiritual, and I felt that there as well. Thank you Karen.

Best Bed and Breakfast place ever!!! Kris was a wonderful host! She is proactive, so kind, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable with recommendations of the area. Kris makes an amazing breakfast and was considerate to take into account our dietary needs. I would not hesitate to book with the Grandview Inn if it is available for your trip! Would definitely stay again!

My kids and I had been looking forward to staying at Quail Oasis, and it did not disappoint. Carol and Ray welcomed us in like we're part of the family, showed us around, taught us so much about the local flora and fauna, and fed us amazing breakfasts. My kids instantly adored Carol and were so excited to help feed the chickens, which she welcomed. We loved the paths through the property, with the inspiring and informative signs. We learned more there than at the museum and national park! We had stayed at Quail Oasis so we could explore Saguaro National Park, but we ended up spending most of our time at the Sonora Desert Museum as well as at Carol and Ray's property, which was so informative, comfortable, and peaceful. We enjoyed the excellent bird watching, the beautiful lighting in the mornings and evenings, and the abundant fresh grapefruit, which they shared so generously. We loved every bit of our time here.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! First, excellent communication with Debbie, the hostess. Easy to find, quiet area, beautiful house and yard, friendly hostess, friendly cats on the premises. Debbie is an artist and a fantastic one. Loved the southwestern theme all over her house and her artwork is just stunning. Very easy to talk to. Interested in us and we were interested in her so lots of conversations. Everything you could possibly want or need in the guestrooms. Really really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back sometime! Stay here when in Tucson!
