Vacation rentals with a sauna in Colorado River

I especially loved our host was so responsive and so great! We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the pool. It was such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the stay! We loved the way the place was designed on the inside very homey. Very good price. Felt safe and everything was perfect and everything you need is there.

My wife and I really enjoyed this condo - it was very clean, well laid out and the location was hard to beat! A plus was meeting some of the neighbors and having a beer with some other visitors that were also staying in the complex. Really pretty grounds, condo was comfortable and host was top notch so it would be an easy decision to stay here again!

Wonderful stay. Robert was so helpful and made the reservation easy. All the amenities were great. The pools are amazing with great staff, clean towels and great service. The location is great, only 3 min walk to the strip. Clean room. kitchen with all amenities, even coffee! Would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay and especially the convenience of being next door to the Sphere, which was our destination. We were able to also walk to other locations, such as the Arte Museum. We enjoyed the clean, comfortable, quiet space and property amenities, such as the restaurant, market, pool, and luggage storage. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with what we needed to brew morning coffee, warm up leftovers and otherwise get ready for wherever we were going next.

Stephen’s place was great - about a ten minute walk across the street from the Palms! Easy to get to, didn’t have any issues with the security at the front of the complex, and apartment was very clean!

Really nice place to stay in vegas. it was peaceful and easy to go in and out. between Balagio and Cosmo, about 2min walk to the strip. The Room was great and the view it had was very nice. Definitely recommended staying here if you don't like walking around the casino and between lots of people. I will be coming back

Great location, accessible to and from freeways. Melissa was quick to respond to my emails. Condo was very comfortable and had all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We loved the gated community that made us feel safe! We were able to walk to the coffee shop, breakfast, Safeway and a nice restaurant! We loved the pool! Underground out of the sun parking was a major plus! Thank you!

Khalida is a great host, when it comes to communication she is top tier. She was very accommodating and responsive. The condo looked exactly like the pictures described. If and when I go to Vegas again, Khalida will be first on the list.

Cute stay for a quick weekend in Scottsdale. Tancy was very helpful with issues I had on my end of the reservation & was very responsive.

I would recommend staying at this location for anyone wishes to be close to the strip. The check-in process was fast and easy, I would say, take cash with you. The valet is free, they go off tips. Overall I would stay at this location again.

The house was amazing, just like the pictures. The views were great!

2nd stay was as great as the first. They are very responsive and attended to anything that came up. Will continue to stay there during my trips back.

Leila’s place was wonderful for a girls weekend. There were six of us who stayed and the house was plenty spacious. We enjoyed relaxing on the covered outdoor patio and in the pool. The kitchen was well equipped to cook our meals in. We did have one issue with the patio door not closing properly, and Leila responded immediately with a solution. She also gave us early check in as a nice surprise the day of which meant we could come right from the airport. We would stay again if back in Phoenix!

This house was everything we expected! If you want to be near the Strip, this may not be the house for you—we chose a quieter location. Strip w/ traffic = 20+ mins, w/o = 15-25 mins. Airport w/o traffic = 15 mins, w/ = 30 mins. We’re a family of drivers, so if driving isn’t your thing, reconsider. Gretchen & Mark were EXTREMELY responsive & always available. The outdoor space was great for all ages! We loved the pool, slide, hot tub, & fire pit. The pool was too cold due to weather, but some still braved the slide. The fire pit & hot tub were the main hangout spots—late-night bonfires & s’mores were a highlight. Two notes: the house is on a well system, so showers are advised to be 5 minutes—understandable but not ideal. For light sleepers, choose a room with a door—one upstairs room is only separated by a curtain. Overall, had a great stay & highly recommend this home for large groups (13-15 ppl) looking for a NV vacay. Great getaway for those unconcerned with Strip proximity!

We had a 12 person group and the house fit us all very easily. Brian’s was super responsive and was willing to work with us when any issue arose. Could not recommend enough!

Beautiful views that will take your breath away! Very secluded. Loved that is was fenced in for my two dogs to enjoy the yard. The sun room is an extra touch, was nice to have meals in there! We definitely will be back!
