Restaurant, guinguette et plage à 10min à pieds. Maison paisible disposant d’un grand salon séjour cuisine ouverte d’environ 40m2, de deux chambres spacieuses avec dressings et d’une salle de bain. Un WC à chaque étage. Jardin calme avec espace pour manger, barbecue. 2 places de parking sécurisées dans la cour.
