Everything was great! I just had some issues with the hot water because turned off a couple of times but everything else was great. Belen is an excellent host, and the location of the place is amazing.

Beautiful house at a super accessible price, very spacious and in a quiet place. The communication was constant and we were answered any questions we had, in addition to receiving us in a very warm way. Super recommended.

The apartment is very comfortable, everything worked correctly, mainly the internet service, the terrace is spectacular by the view and to hang out on a sunny afternoon and a great plus is to have the garage inside the building with security staff. In the vicinity of the building there are supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, bus stops and some places of interest such as the park of the faculty of agronomy and the house of Julio Cortázar. I would recommend leaving some spare waste bag as well as some additional roll of paper for the bathroom, it is a very good place to stay in Capital Federal.

We spent 10 weeks in La Paternal's cottage…. The apartment is super comfortable, very spacious, very illuminated with glass on the ceilings , a large and equipped terrace to enjoy the beautiful days of the Buenos Aires summer. Everything was spotless upon our arrival…. The house is very well located, in a very safe neighborhood, in an area where all businesses are in proximity, and with a great variety of restaurants. There are many bus lines to go everywhere in proximity. The room is quite large and the mattress is very comfortable. There are two bathrooms, the largest one has a jacuzzi and the ceiling is in very sunny and bright glass. The kitchen is very spacious and comfortable for cooking and the refrigerator is perfect for long stays. But the most important thing is that we met super kind people, Patricia , Sebastian ...thank you very much for always being attentive and available. We'll be back for sure!! Norma y Jean-Guy

I loved the apartment, it had everything you need to make the stay very pleasant. I highlight the decoration of the place that transmits very good energy! When I stayed for a month, maybe I needed the presence of a microwave. But I would come back without hesitation, the neighborhood very quiet and Flor a genius!
