Beautiful experience!! The whole stay was very pleasant, the apartment is spacious and comfortable for the 8 people who were there, it is also located in a very beautiful area of the city near the parks and only a few minutes from downtown. Lucia's attention was excellent, she was always attentive and very predisposed with everything.

We arrived, Nicolás welcomed us, very kind and attentive. We spent some beautiful days in the apt of Ignacio. Has all the comforts to enjoy as a family. We love the King, a pleasure to sleep in it. The building is re tranquil, the neighbors are super friendly. Quiet. If you want to rest is the perfect place. The area is super safe, we leave the car parked at the door, or in the surroundings and everything is perfect. With all the services available; on the block there is a pizerria, a 24 hours, a supermarket, etc. and for us what we loved the most (we already have a little one) is that there is a Placita one block away, and nothing is the botanical garden and the eco park. Divine leg to walk. We loved the neighborhood and the apt even more, we were fascinated. We'll be back soon. We had a great 11 night stay at Fabio's place. Martin, his co-host, was friendly, helpful, and provided us with good information for both the neighborhood and Buenos Aires. The apartment was comfortable, priced right, and in a quiet location.

The perfect house has everything we need. You don't need anything at all. I recommend it 💯 The area with everything you need close to the port and the nightlife.

It is a comfortable place with a pool on the condo grounds. Everything looks exactly like in the photos of the apartment. The view in the background is of a big tree, and you can hear birds in the morning. There is no ventilation hood above the stove, so if you’re staying for a long period and cooking often, it might be a little problematic since the kitchen and living space are combined. However, you can open the window near the stove. The host, Hernan, and his wife were very hospitable and polite. The host always responds to messages promptly. The location is almost on the border of Palermo and Recoleta, but it’s a safe area, and the nearest good cafes are about 7-10 minutes on foot. There’s a big TV, which is rare in Airbnb rentals in Buenos Aires, so you can watch movies if you like.

Very clean apt. Freshly renovated. Convenient location to walk around Buenos Aires. Leonardo and Polly hosts are responsive and attentive. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
