This place is right in downtown Eden. You can sit on the front porch and see the beautiful town gazebo. Or enjoy the backyard area which has a privacy fence. The house has an extremely unique set up & furnished with antiques. Entire cottage to yourself. Very unique space in a quiet town, house is located on a very busy hiway (close to an intersection). Unfortunately, there is major road construction currently on the highway in front of the house. There is a back entrance to the house.

Step inside the door to find a room full of comfy bunk beds. 3 beds are full size and the other 5 are twin size. A unique barn door conceals the toilet. Mini fridge & coffee pot. The shower option is located outside and has a 5 gallon hot water tank.

Country house near OH Ivey Lake. Please know that the road to get to the house is a dirt county road. While it is fairly well maintained, it is dusty and not real smooth. Located on the west side of Lake Ivey in a gated community. Enjoy abundant wildlife and fresh country air. Things that slither, sting, and bite are always possibilities in rural Texas.
