Beautiful studio apartment. Includes one queen and one twin Murphy bed. Also, the apartment has a washer/dryer. The condo features a pool, gym, tennis court, mini-market, and private beach access. The studio can be converted into two rooms with a door divider. The view from the sliding windows is of the city. Only one parking space is available with security. Great spot within walking distance of bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and ATMs. Feel free to contact me for any questions.

Great studio apartment in the heart of condado. You won't find a better location!! Right in front of el Marriott hotel. One street away from the beach. You have everything and anything at a walking distance. Starbucks is a minute away. The condominium has a gorgeous lobby with wifi. An amazing pool and jacuzzi, a gym and a laundromat! Security 24/7.
