Internet, TV, washer/dryer, BBQ gas grill, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. No pets allowed. No hotel amenities/golf cart provided. One car permit only. No parties or gatherings allowed ,the villa is strictly for registered guests’ use.

Villa is located in a gated complex with 24hr security inside the Rio Mar Resort. 1st floor (one set of stairs going down), the property features central A/C, Cable, Wifi, 1 parking, sofa bed, bodyboards, beach chairs, toys, towels and cooler. Kitchen is fully equipped. The 1st bedroom features a king size bed, a walk-in closet, private balcony and a full bath. The 2nd bedroom features two queen size beds with a closet and a full bath. The property has a GOLF CART available for rent separately.
