Vacation rentals with a pool in Confins

The apartment is spotless. Everything is brand new, wonderful pool, top barbecue, great quality bed and bath linens. A very peaceful place. Close to downtown and busier cities like Savassi. The host is a good person and very clear. He kindly made our checkout flexible. We'd come back 1000 times.

Wonderful stay! The Caetano house is beautiful, sophisticated, the pool is an air-conditioned delight, everything working perfectly! We miss absolutely nothing! Breno from the first very kind contact, assisting in everything! We were greeted by Breno and his parents who are amazing people! My family and I love every detail, left a taste of wanting more! All clean and organized! What a delight! We hope to return soon, a beautiful, blessed house!

Sítio with well distributed spaces. Piscina near the grill area and the rooms a little further away so as not to bother those who decide to lie down to rest. A very beautiful view and privacy. Espaço clean and organized. A beautiful pool with waterfall to relax. Excellent room huveiros, with separate hot and cold water. Attentive and polite host. We were 23 adults. Too much worth it!!! Very good!!!

Our stay was amazing, we were able to create wonderful memories with the kids. The structure of the condominium is very good, with a playground and space for lakeside walks. The house is delightful, exactly as described in the listing. It is very well structured, without losing the bucolic air. The hosts were very helpful, answering all our questions promptly and delicately. The care with which they take care of the environment and guests is visible. I highly recommend it!

Very nice, spacious and comfortable house! Great and safe residential neighborhood, it is not so commercial, but we were already aware and brought things for daily food. The host was very helpful, answering questions and demands quickly by cell phone. For those who are not from Belo Horizonte and do not know, a valid tip is: Drogaria Araújo, near the house, is actually a mini market, easy to find products for breakfast or some necessary item that you have forgotten.

Without a doubt was the best listing I've ever stayed on airbnb. We were in a class of 20 people, everyone loved it. Great rooms, all in good condition (unlike many places to rent with moldy room and burnt shower out there). The Fabiana site has a full kitchen, very well equipped, beachtenis court, soccer field, games area, great swimming pool. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, space designed to welcome people. Location with privacy, security and beautiful landscape. Fabiana is a host of striking kindness, very attentive and helpful. Great signs of cleaning and chopp. The price is very honest, fair and matches the structure. Has no better option near BH. thanks a lot, Fabiana!

We had a great stay at the accommodation during the carnival. The space was great, very comfortable and well organized. The gourmet area integrated with kitchen and outdoor area contributed to a greater integration between guests. Rooms equipped with air conditioning and heated pool. Equipped kitchen.
