During summer, this neighborhood becomes a tourist area of interest due to its excellent position with easy access to all the objectives of the season, right near the landscaped beaches, bars, terraces and restaurants (the famous Reyna restaurant is just in front of the apartment).

Although the owner lives on the ground floor, the studio enjoys a private terrace that belongs exclusively to the guests.
