This courtyard room has two full size beds and kitchen. Its entrance is in the back of our quiet flower filled courtyard. This is a small family run Motel in the Marina district, close to Cow Hollow and Pacific Heights. (Sleeps 2-4 people max). No rollaway beds can be added to this room due to size limitations. This is a dog friendly room. (with an extra charge of $25 per dog, per night) Sorry, no cats are permitted.

The unit is centrally located. 10 minute drive into SanFrancisco. 10 minute walk to Paramount and Fox theater. 10 minute walk to Downtown Oakland and the 19th street Bart station. 15 minute walk to the iconic Lake Merritt. Five minutes drive to Jack London. Lots of restaurants and cafes and shops nearby. The unit is close to the freeway and can be noisy in the morning due to rush hour traffic.

This unique place has a style all its own. Formally a secret famous recording studio for pop-rock bands, it was formally known as “The Hearst”. The first room, (now bedroom) was the control room with recording equipment and the second room (now tub room) was where the musicians played. Welcome pets for a fee if $25/ per pet per night. Payment made through Airbnb.

Studio at Donatello Hotel near Union Square

Centrally located, highly rated timeshare hotel with many amenities. Check in at the front desk as any hotel, and enjoy the great service. Room has kitchenette, King bed and a sleeper sofa. The on site parking garage costs an additional $38 per day if you use it. Bookings with an arrival past 60 days must stay a minimum of 2 nights.
