Live like a local and try tiny living

At just over 100 sq ft, experience tiny living in our cozy space. The small space is priced accordingly, we are one of the cheaper places to stay in SF. You'll have a private room with a bathroom and queen Murphy bed that pulls over a couch. We are in the middle of Bernal Heights, a quiet and quaint neighborhood with amazing views of downtown San Francisco from the top of the hill. We are two blocks away from shops, cafes and restaurants, it's very walkable. Come stay and live like a local!

We offer ā€œyour place on a hillā€ in a very desirable neighborhood. Walk to Castro, Noe Valley, Mission, MUNI Metro and BART. This space offers an efficient European style kitchen with a Smart Oven, 2-burner hot plate, microwave, queen bed, comfortable couch and multi-use table. There is free parking for one car available. Your hosts, John and Jody live upstairs and are available quite often to answer any of your questions but we will respect your privacy. We appreciate a no-shoe policy.

You also have direct access to a common shared garden. It’s a perfect place to come home to after working in the city or exploring. The location is the best. You don’t need a car when you stay here. Charming Cottage near Dolores Park

Tugged away from the street the cottage (built in 1870) will welcome you with yasmin and lemons and roses. It is not your usual Victorian but has an open floor plan with windows on all sides. You step into a light living room with kitchen and dining area. Bedroom, study and bathroom are all on the same level. To get to the roof deck you walk up a few more steps to a loft area and from there step out to the deck with stunning views of the city.
