Luxury new townhouse! Studio is on ground floor - has its own private entrance and terrace along with kitchenette and private bathroom. We live above the studio.

Leigh and Keith were quick to respond with all communication, and even provided an extra bed when I said I was bringing an air mattress. I definitely plan to return! Thank you again :)”
Cleaners have Aust Govt Dept Health Infection Control training. Cross the road to Kirra Beach. Walk everywhere. 5 minutes to GC airport. Relax on front balcony or enjoy an early walk or swim. Set up for a family (porta-cot, stroller, toys, baby linen & towels, body boards, books). There are 4 bicycles to ride along the beach-front paths - very safe, nice and flat and goes for miles! Quiet complex. Prime location. This property is not suitable for minors, "schoolies" or similar groups.
“Ros and Ian’s apartment is a great place to stay. It is in a great location, close to restaurants, shops and a few steps from Kirra beach. The apartment was well equipped, well decorated but comfortable and sparkling clean. It looks exactly like it’s air BnB photograph and all the information supplied by Ros and Ian was completely accurate. Ros and Ian are fabulous hosts. Communication was excellent from the time we booked till our check out. I would love to stay at this apartment again.”

“Perfect location relax and unwind with wonderful views across to Surfers Paradise. Restaurant directly underneath is wonderful for breakfast. Apartment very spacious and accommodated 2 adults and 4 teenage boys easily. A few housekeeping issues need to be tended to, to bring the property up to scratch to the "luxury" apartment it is advertised as. If opportunity arises, we would consider staying in this apartment again.”
