Francesco is a great host. Present and thoughtful. The villa is simply enchanting. Cleanliness, location, decor... everything exceptional! The view is also the distinctive element with wonderful views of the calanques and the Ionian that morning and evening awaits you only to be admired in the silence and peace that this place knows how to convey to the end. The beautiful, panoramic pool immersed in a well-kept garden in every detail is a plus for those with children even if the Calabrian sea is in itself a natural pool and it is impossible to resist its wild beaches bathed by an unparalleled sea. Thank you Francesco. It will be a pleasure to be your guest again.

The apartment was well laid out and super clean. The host was also very kind. Moreover, he had us check-in even at 12:30 pm.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Fortuna. It’s Right in the old city of Pizzo and close to the piazza and the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped and we didn’t miss anything! Paola was a perfect host and very welcoming and forthcoming!

If only I could've stayed longer in Dinami! Francesca and her mother were so kind, helpful, and welcoming- the perfect hosts and the definition of hospitality. The space is even more beautiful in person with lovely artwork on the walls. And just up the street you can look out over Dinami and the mountains. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

Thanks Maria and Antonio for the hospitality, the precious advice, the perfect, spacious and clean villa, your friendliness and transparency, the bottle of wine and the sweets you left us: we felt at home! Thanks also for helping us when, as soon as we arrived, the car battery left us! Beautiful beaches a few km away, lots of peace and the town of Botricello is well supplied with everything. Our family of 4, including our son and daughter of 20 and 23 years, stayed at Villagio Alemia for more than 1 week. The place is very beautiful, clean, well equipped and with a nice atmosphere. We asked for a few extra items for the kitchen which were rapidly provided. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful and very well kept. The beach is very nice, not too busy and within walking distance. The place offers sport activities, activities for children and entertainment in the evening for children and adults. We had a wonderful and relaxing time!

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro, 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located has two swimming pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer fields. Excellent hospitality from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended to everyone.

The most beautiful thing about the accommodation was the location or the view. And the pool. It was super quiet and we could be really good for ourselves. Franceso was always available to answer any questions or other things and took great care. You should know that you definitely need a car because restaurants etc. are not in walking distance.

Antonello and his companion were very friendly hosts. We could always ask them for help and tipps. The pool and the view is wonderful!

First experience with AirB&B and I couldn't have started better. The very clean property is very tidy and has the strong point of the very comfortable garden and swimming pool that make the stay very relaxing. Perfect also because I had a medium-large dog. The friendly and helpful owners were always able to respond to my needs. The location is strategic, even if you need the car, the center or commercial activities are close. The area is quiet. I highly recommend it.

The stay at Elisa's property was up to expectations. The house is cozy and equipped with everything you need: super equipped kitchen and essential air conditioning with the temperatures of thisyear. Elisa was always available, kind and always attentive to our needs. Experience to repeat.

We were received in a very friendly manner and stayed at Francesco's Airbnb for a month. It is very suitable for longer stays. The apartment is pleasantly bright, tastefully furnished and well equipped. You have a beautiful view of the sea. We wanted to get away from the gray winter in Germany and had beautiful spring weather in San Sostene Marina in March. The scenery and plant world is impressive! And in just five minutes you can reach a large, free parking space on the beach by car. Thank you for the wonderful time!

‌ Aurelio is an exceptional host: since booking he has been helpful and friendly, offering tips and advice on how to best live our vacation in Calabria. The house is very large, it has a beautiful view of the valley below, it has a large garden with pergola and barbecue area. The rooms are large and well ventilated. Inside you can find everything you need (kitchen tools, washing machine, hairdryer, etc.). Two bathrooms with a shower + an outdoor shower are available. Peace and quiet reign and at the same time you can relax in the garden or reach the villages or some of the most beautiful beaches in a short time. It is a good base to spend the holidays at the sea, but without sacrificing the cool of the mountain.

I especially like the decoration of the home. It's so much better than the photos!The bed is large and comfortable, the living room is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped... After that, Manreya took me to the supermarket to buy food for the next few days, Marenya was very fun and I loved her personality!He also introduced me to a lot of delicious food in Italy, and bought me food and water.☺️ When I found out I forgot to buy Italian sauce, Marenya bought two bottles and delivered two bottles to the room the next day. She prepared a lot of drinks in the refrigerator, which was very touching!Such an experience.❤️❤️❤️

I was really well received by Giuseppe! He is always helpful and kind! Every time I needed, he was always available to help me in case I had some questions about where to go to eat and where to go in the evening ! The apartment is impeccable. It is a home on the outskirts of the town near the airport. A good place if you have to sleep near the airport. The studio is very nice and comfortable.

Very good experience, a quiet place to disconnect, all the amenities impeccable and everything working a very good option for the summer.

Stayed here as it was in the town my husband’s grandfather was born in, and we wanted to explore the area. The apartment had anything you needed, including a well equipped kitchen, although we chose to enjoy the nearby restaurants (which were great). Francesco and Carlo (brothers) were super nice, and although they spoke little English and we spoke little Italian, we were able to communicate easily. They were even kind enough to let us check in a bit early on arrival day as we were both under the weather. The location seemed a bit daunting at first (it’s off a small country road), but once you drove it, it was super convenient and close to town and the water. And, the recommendation for Joe Pizza (not at all just pizza) was spot on. All in all, a great stay!
