Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. ONLY MINI DOGS BY REQUEST BEFORE BOOKING! Cherry Blossom is situation on Cherry Orchard Farm - a working farm in a secluded rural location in Great Staughton near the Cambs/Beds border. Whether you want a short break or longer self-catering accommodation, our location is an escape from the busy world we seem to live in these days.   The self-contained accommodation consists of one double / twin bedroom, bathroom (with shower), lounge area and fully fitted kitchen. Patio doors from the main room lead to a small, private patio area.

Cowbridge Cottage is the perfect home to home environment it is suitable for families, friends, work and business accommodation or for those just visiting Bedford with 4 bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms which can facilitate up to 8 people. Located within walking distance of many restaurants, retail outlets and a gym it is also a 5 minute drive from the town centre as well as having direct routes to Luton, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and more via the A6, B530 and A421 which leads to the M1 junction 13.

Tyburn Barn is a luxury barn conversion located in pulloxhill, a small village in Central Beds. There is excellent walking, cycling, country pubs and places to visit close by. The Barn is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The self contained accommodation consists of one double bed fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with seating area. It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.

The studio is a bright and cosy, modern space which is a self-contained conversion on the side of our house with a private entrance and free parking just outside. The airbnb is a 12 minute walk from Hitchin Train Station. Perfect for London commuters, it is also ideal for couples or solo travellers, family visits, business travel etc. You can check-in from 4pm on Monday-Friday. Check-in time on Saturday and Sunday is at 2.30pm. Parking is free for your entire stay, 7 days a week.

Set in the grounds of a pretty, historic, thatched cottage, Pennyfathers Annex offers the perfect base to explore the surrounding Bedfordshire countryside and Barton hills with easy access to London and Cambridge and a short drive from Woburn Abbey, Wrest park and Bletchley Park. There are Pubs and Restaurants in the local villages, some just a walk away. We can even offer pre and post flight relaxation and parking for your time away, as we are a short taxi ride from Luton Airport.

A well presented and spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment on a private, modern development. Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in/late check out at an additional cost of £5 per hour, just pop us a message :)

The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.
