Great holiday. The room has everything for a comfortable stay, thanks to the owner of the apartment for thinking of everything. It is next to the beach, which made the holiday even better.

My fiance and i found exactly what we needed, a nature focused getaway. The house is filled with handmade wood craftsmanship, clean and cozy furniture and sheets, as well as books and maps to guide us in our journey here. Louie’s place was clean and good value. It is in a building that could have been a little cleaner in staircase. The pizza place below is open late and you can def hear some of the activity going on. Other than that it was huge and had an enough room and beds for more than 6 people. Louie let us check out late after flights got cancelled. He was very responsive and would def stay there again

Nice place for an individual or couple for several days. Happy to repeat this unit. This building is perhaps the best of the ones within the complex.

Lovely stay, the view is unreal. Located in downtown so everything is walking distance. Only a 10 minute walk to Brickell. I would definitely book again plus the hosts were super friendly!

We had a great stay at this unit. Jeremy went above and beyond—super responsive and accommodating, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. The apartment is small but ideal for a solo traveler or couple. It’s very clean, in a lively Miami neighborhood perfect for nightlife and exploring. Overall, a great spot we’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, well-located place in Miami.

The apartment was great--centrally located and easily walkable into Brickell and various areas around downtown. The building staff and valet were also helpful in answering questions. Stephanie was fantastic to rent from! She was proactive with instructions and quick to answer any questions I had. Would love to rent from her again!

We had an amazing stay in the loft of Mihaela. Loft is super central and you can reach ocean drive and the beach within 20mins of walking.

The location can’t be beat, the listing is exactly as described, and the photos barely do it justice. I’m a fan of classic buildings, and this was no exception. Gorgeous high ceilings, huge windows, lots of light, beautiful character. I would note for anyone who missed this one detail (like we did): the second bedroom doesn’t have a door you can close to separate from the living area completely (helpful if you have multiple sleeping babies with various nap times like we do). But the photos and description (open concept) are accurate! And the first bedroom *does* have a proper door that can be closed. The host was very responsive. For example, on one of our last days there, we mentioned the door keypad reported low batteries, and he responded within minutes to say he would send someone to fix it. We got back home after about an hour, and it was already fixed!

My triplet daughters & I celebrated our birthday this weekend. Upon arrival into the room we were greeted with balloons & a beautiful cake from our host!!! The atmosphere was amazing!!! The loft was to die for!!! I actually referred a friend while in Miami. She will be booking soon!!! Book this loft guys it’s amazing!!!!
