Host was very friendly and helpful, place was as described and very clean. Location is not walkable to tourist spots but there is a train station right outside the front door, walkable to pharmacy, grocery store and a few pubs/cafes. Has a washer but no electric dryer, only hang to dry. Coffee pot, tea kettle, hair dryer and iron.

What a wonderful way to start a long stay in Paris. If I knew how great this home is, I would have asked to stay for more time. I was there for 6 nights. I say home because it was so comfortable and Delphine was extremely considerate and caring about my stay…plus a pleasure to communicate with. Having both a tub and shower was a treat…to have a soak after a long day of trekking the streets and museums. The furniture is very easy to melt into for morning coffee and evening reading. The king bed is comfortable and quality linens feel great. All the little luxuries not easily found in the city were here! I look forward to returning to Paris and hope this will be available when I do.

Appartement cosy à la décoration originale et chaleureuse, confortable,très bien équipé , à tous niveaux . Une belle résidence calme et sécurisée. Miss Phan est une colocataire adorable, qui une fois en confiance quémande attention et grattouilles. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Paris en transports en commun, tout en profitant aussi du quartier : parc des Buttes Chaumont , parc de la Villette, canal Saint Martin et autres. Au quotidien de nombreux commerces au pied de l'immeuble. De plus Lydie est une hôte amicale,réactive et attentionnée .

Thank you. We had a great time. Very responsive and always helpful. Btw the location is PRIME - everything we wanted to do/see was mostly walking distance or a short metro ride away. Would like to come back here if I ever visit Paris again.

Hemos pasado unos días en paris en este bonito apartamento con todas las necesidades, buena zona, todo limpio y con mucho gusto, no dudamos en repetir alojamiento en nuestro próximo viaje a Paris.

It had everything we needed for our holiday. Perfect location, close to metro, great restaurants around, supermarkets were also in walking distance. The place was clean, had an amazing terrace, very spacious. Did not get hot even if outside was 32 degrees.

This was a great base to explore Paris if you are driving as it comes with parking. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the RER with a direct train to major attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and Musée D’Orsay. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The neighbourhood is up and coming with a supermarket, boulangerie and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We could hear some road noise from the apartment, so take ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.

logement petit mais très confortable et agréable a vivre..et malgré mon sejour de 8jours je me sentais comme dans un petit cocon douillet . Hôtes très réactifs, serviables et attentionnés..soucieux du bien être de leur locataire...ca fait plaisir.ils dont aussi très discret malgré la proximité avec leur logement principale. personnellement jai beaucoup apprécié mon sejour a été très paisible et reposant. je reviendrai ça c'est sûr !! petite mention particulière a Barbara vous etes un amour de petit bout de femme..Merci davoir ete aussi soucieuse de mon confort!!.. Très bel endroit comme sur les photos même mieux. Nous avons passé un super moment je recommande. (Petit bémol l’humidité) mais sinon c’était top!
