Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

The house is close to the river, shops, restaurants, hills. It has a large living room/kitchen of nearly 50 square metres connected to the 30 m2 terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are two bathrooms, three toilets (one separate), three air-conditioned bedrooms, and very comfortable beds. The swimming pool, the Mediterranean garden and the pétanque court are shared with our second cottage located on the property. The house is perfect for families and groups of friends.

Upper floor: two bedrooms (one double bed and one with two beds) and a bathroom.

We are delighted to invite you to discover this haven of peace near the Ardèche region. The cottage (2 to 4 people), has been created in a converted building on a typical village perched in the hills above the Cèze Valley. The Provençal style has been preserved. The 55m² cottage comprises: a living room with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchen and access to a terrace with a table; one bedroom (queen-size bed); and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
