Guests will enjoy a private waterfront backyard with a BBQ, fire pit and dock. Boat docking is sometimes possible to accommodate upon request.

Both the Guest Home and the Winery are wheelchair accessible and there is an electric medical bed available for use.

Close to state trails, the Eisenhower Locks, Massena Intake boat launch, and only a few miles out of town.
