Stepping Stone is a spacious bungalow featuring light-filled rooms and a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. There is off road parking, a private patio and garden. Port Isaac harbour is an approximately 10-15 minute walk down hill and there is a Co-op which is less than a 5 minutes walk away. There is a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed, sitting room, and south facing patio garden. You have two off-road parking spaces with an EV charger. Swanpool Beach and the South West Coast Path are just an 8 min walk away. The famous 'Gylly' Beach and Falmouth are a further 15 mins along the coastal path.

St Ives Beach House with parking & large terrace.

This detached property is situated in a private road overlooking Porthmeor Beach. It is light and spacious with a large and very comfortable living area. There is an outside terrace with sea views. Parking for 2 cars in parking bay on private road. Bedding for 1 x double bed and 3 x single beds is provided - and 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel for each guest. Guests must be able to manage steps down to the property entrance and the hill down to the harbour area.
