It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

It would suit a couple (or family with 1/2 younger children). Fab swimming & coastal walks are close by. Its perfect for a romantic break or a family getaway.

It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks.
