View of the mountains, the sunset is beautiful! It is behind the Santíssima Trindade church, a quiet neighborhood where, going down on foot, the view is a feast for the eyes.

A spectacular house with amazing décor and plenty of comfort, offering 2 en-suite bathrooms with whirlpool bathtubs and balconies, as well as a kitchen, a TV/living room, and a powder room. We offer a complete set of linens, household and kitchen utensils. Breakfast will be charged separately and must be arranged in advance. The house is located in a residential area exactly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from the historic centre, which is equivalent to a 7-minute drive. We have an amazing view and we are in a region of a lot of nature.

The house is located a 2-minute walk from the Santíssima Trindade Sanctuary, 5 minutes from the Santo Antônio Church and 10 minutes from Largo das Forras Square. The house has a private en-suite for couples and 3 more accommodations in the Living Room, which also has another bathroom. The house offers a large and equipped kitchen, a fireplace for the winter and an outdoor area for the summer.

A full 110-m² apartment located in SJDR, near the Águas Santas spa (Tiradentes). The space is ideal for those who want to explore the historic towns or simply relax, enjoying our double hot tub, solar-heated pool, and views of the Serra de São José. It has two bedrooms (35 m² and 12 m²) with a king-size bed and a double bed, and a balcony with a hammock. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house, has independent entrance and privacy. The pool is the only shared area of the space.
