Villa Simple, but meeting all requirements who want COST/ BENEFIT on the trip, well located and close to the main access routes, do not expect LUXURY, it is a simple but well organized space for its purpose if it is a bang/return.. I recommend !

This place is one of the best I've stayed at, and I travel a lot for both work and leisure. If I could, I would give it 6 stars! The apartment is excellent: decorated with warmth and good taste, super comfortable, modern and functional. Clean, quiet and with a very convenient location, close to everything and in a nice and quiet area. Laura is an outstanding host, always attentive to any need and with very friendly gestures that make her stand out: fresh flowers, towel replacements, extra hangers, and even a goodbye note. Also, there was complimentary tea, coffee, water, biscuits and chocolates. The apartment has a very modern lighting system and practical details like USB plugs. They really thought of everything to make one comfortable. The terrace is beautiful for relaxing outdoors, and you can even wash your clothes, which is ideal for long stays. I hope to be able to stay there again. Thank you Laura for making me feel at home!

The house is great, everything is very clean, organized and easy to access. The neighborhood is very quiet, it is a few minutes from Costaneira, but on site it has everything we need, such as a market, pet shop and ice cream parlor. Since we arrived, Siomara and Mariano welcomed us and remained in contact and helpful whenever we needed it. Definitely the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at.
