We are in the Tuscan countryside 3 km from the exit of the A11 Altopascio motorway (Lucca). The ideal home to welcome even man's most loyal friends... dogs, who can run free in the fully fenced garden of over 2,000 square metres with parking. In 15 minutes we can reach Lucca and shortly after Pisa and Versilia. In 40 minutes, you'll reach Florence. Siena, Poggibonsi, Volterra, and San Gimignano are worth seeing. The ancient Via Francigena passes by 300 metres away. Quiet and relaxing. House with all comforts.

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.
