Cozy newly renovated flat with pool view. Located just 3 minutes from the sea. Close to Las Vistas and Los Tarajales beaches. It has a communal bar and swimming pool. Supermarket open daily and pharmacy 50 mtrs. Only 10 minutes from bus stop and 15 km from Tenerife Sur airport. The flat has a living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, bedroom, terrace and Wi-Fi. Nice for two people traveling alone or families with children. Ask me for special price.

Beautiful open space, sea view and swimming pool in the heart of Las Americas, convenient to all amenities , fifty meters from the beach. You don't need to rent a car as you can easily reach everything on foot. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hair dryer . From April 25, 2025 until June 2025 there will be elevator replacement work. (the apartment is on the second floor). I apologize for the inconvenience.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems different, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the house open, dive in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk on the beach, cook without hurry... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that fully opens to the terrace facing the sea, towards sunset, in a very quiet setting.
