Monthly Rentals in Costa Nova

Jacqueline's home is absolutely beautiful, even better than the photos. The view from the living & dining room is really something :) The house was comfortable inside and out with good quality furniture & a well equipped kitchen. We loved cooking outside as well & enjoying time by the pool. There are so many places outdoors to sit and enjoy. In the evening, the living room is super cozy with candles and big views out to the sea. The neighbourhood is picturesque and tranquil and very well positioned to visit nearby beaches and for day trips to neighbouring towns. We really loved this area as it felt like you were tucked away somewhere very private and scenic, yet minutes away from all amenities. We will most definitely return & appreciate Jacqueline's kind hospitality!

A Perfect Stay - Highly Recommended!!!

We've stayed with three marriages, with small children and everything's great. The perfect common and individual spaces, as well as the spaciousness of the garden, the heated pool gives a lot of play, although in Easter, the 26 degrees falls short, you would have to climb it a little. The ideal cleanliness and the Villa has everything you need in terms of home furnishings and appliances. The only thing that would improve is the furniture, since both the sofas and the wedding mattresses are quite worn and sink and for us the rest is very important. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

An absolute gem! Very quiet, with an incredibly beautiful garden, and fully equipped with everything you need. Jávea and its surroundings are one of the best places on earth, and in Toni’s house you can enjoy all its beauty in complete comfort and absolute tranquility. It’s especially wonderful in the off-season, when there aren’t too many tourists and the weather is perfect for walking. The house has excellent heating, so you’ll never feel cold — which can sometimes be an issue in Spanish homes.
