Costa Teguise is a very pleasant town to live in, quiet, sunny and perfect for enjoying your holidays. I recently renovated my apartment in a beach and wood style. I put all my heart into it and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. You can see a bit of the sea from the terrace. The beach is 500m away. There are two Pools for swimming and sunbathing. Equipped with internet fibre. Living close to the sea I am very concerned about our environment; I have reduced the use of plastic.

This luxurious apartment is ideal for its location, in a quiet street with a large free parking area, in the center, next to the Pueblo Marinero. Just one minute from Las Cucharas beach and shopping area. The apartment consists of a bright open kitchen with living room, two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Separate terrace with direct access to the pool.

It is a ground floor apartment, located within a quiet complex which is approximately ten minutes from the beach and main promenade. It has been entirely refurbished, extremely welcoming and of a modern tendency however respecting the traditional elements of the surroundings; private terrace equipped with patio/terrace furniture, built in wardrobes in both bedrooms, ceiling lights and fans, full kitchen, etc. It is ideal for couples, business trips and small families.

As a garden house nestled between palm trees and fig trees, is the "Little Paradise", a real hideaway for lovers (adults only). Through the large panoramic windows you are completely surrounded by nature and yet on your own. Even from the bathroom you can step into a separate garden and the stars glow through the skylights at night.

The apartment is south facing and sunny all day long, very bright with windows in every bedroom and bathroom. Supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are nearby, and Wednesdays and Fridays, a 20-minute walk away, put a market on the Marine Village.
