Villa vacation rentals in Cotignac

Evelin and Christine provided us with all important information in a timely manner. She was easily accessible, very friendly and gave us good tips for the area. The house is very nice and thoughtfully decorated. We were 9 people and cooked a lot, so we were delighted that there were a lot of dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen. There were also plenty of opportunities to hang towels in the bathroom and there was enough space and chairs for everyone at the table. The rooms were a good size and were air conditioned. The house is a bit noisy. You have a lot of privacy and don't see or hear any neighbors and have a great view of the countryside. Since the house is located on the mountain, the village is hardly within walking distance, so it is better to arrive by car. Trash cans are nearby. Overall, we had a very nice time there and we didn't miss anything. We would come back and can recommend it.

My family and I enjoyed a restful and unique week of vacation in a beautiful home with a marvelous environment. We can definitely recommend and would like to come again soon.

Sylvie's house is wonderful. Our expectations were exceeded. Great southern exposure with even a bit of sea view. Wonderful large terrace and an infinity pool. Everything very spacious, clean and in best condition. Parking is right in front of the house. The reception and farewell by Agnes and her husband was very warm. For the new guests, please note that one bedroom has a large double bed and two bedrooms each have 2 single beds. There were only three of us and we were still allowed to use all three bedrooms. The internet speed is 3.7 Mbps download and 0.52 Mbps upload. Unfortunately, this is not suitable for work. As the house is in the countryside, faster access may not be available. We would love to come back to Sylvies house and thank Sylvie and Agnes very much for her hospitality.

We stayed at this enchanting villa for 2 weeks, it exceeds all expectations! A dream! The communication was super friendly, quick and helpful, check-in is easy, the location is quiet and the view and the house are simply phenomenal. I was swimming daily in the heated pool overlooking the sea. Pure luck. We hope to be able to spend our time here again soon. Thank you for everything!!

We drove to the Paul Ricard circuit, and we spent 2 nights that went wonderfully, I would recommend this place!

We are thrilled with the villa and the breathtaking view of the Bay of Saint Tropez. We had an unforgettable stay. The villa is absolutely brand new, very modern, and luxuriously furnished, located in a closed and secure residential area. The villa was very clean, and the garden plus pool were also very well maintained. It is in a great location for trips to Saint Tropez and Pampelonne Beach. Communication went smoothly, and even during our stay, our questions were answered very quickly. Wonderful hosts and an always helpful "Maria" on site. We liked it so much that we would love to come back!

We had an exceptional stay! Virginie and her husband were very attentive... Small (big) touches on arrival, pastries one fine morning… not to mention everything the house already offered us! The house is exactly what we were looking for. It is a very quiet place but close to everything, with all the necessary amenities and more! Marie and Gerard's house is a little piece of paradise in the center of Saint Tropez. The well-organized house has a very well-kept and quiet outdoor area. It is also equipped with parking. You can walk to all the areas of interest in Saint Tropez and quickly leave the town by car to reach the most distant beaches (Saline and Pamplone). The care of the house in the absence of Marie and Gerard is in the hands of Jeannine, always ready to respond to any need. The house is impeccable and you feel at ease right away. I thank Marie, Gerard and Jeannine for their hospitality.

A big thank you to Anne and her family for this amazing house on the outskirts of Saint Tropez. We had a wonderful stay at this very well-equipped and tastefully equipped house. The house has a beautiful unobstructed sea view. Nothing is missing. The geolocation is ideal for going to the beach of Bouillabaisse and Saint Tropez. We stayed at the end of 2024 in Corinne's place and on our group of 12 people we were all fully satisfied with our stay. A place that I would highly recommend.

Emilie is a fantastic host and was always on hand to help and guide us in the right direction. She even sent us a video so we could find the route to the house, which was incredibly useful! The house itself is a 10 minute stroll into Plan de la Tour, so you can get fresh bread and croissants in the mornings. The pool is heated and very pleasant. There are plenty of things to do in the house, from the boule pitch, to BBQ, gas as well as wood in the winter months. Board games and cards. The outdoor kitchen is well equipped as is the main kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable with easy to use heating and aircon. The lemon trees are fantastic and full of lemons. You have the sun all day! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a great weekend with the family at Alban's house. The heated pool, the small playground, the pétanque court, everything is planned for young and old to have fun. We highly recommend this place!

Perfect accommodation, very clean in a very quiet area with great views. The pool was perfect with this beautiful weather and both parents and children enjoyed it. Very nice, modern home with a very friendly and responsive host. Very quiet area a little more in the interior, so a car is a must. The private swimming pool and jacuzzi are top notch. For us, there were 2 downsides: beds are on the smaller side for 2 people (140x200) and the pool is not heated (less ideal with children out of season). For the rest, everything was great.

We arrived with the children and grandchildren and found a great and modern villa as described. After the introduction by the very likeable and friendly "mom", we immediately felt comfortable. The house is very well furnished with everything you need in a vacation. We particularly liked sitting on the terrace and enjoying the magnificent views. The place itself offers a very good bakery and a small supermarket for the essentials. In addition, the starting point for beautiful trips and activities in this magnificent area is ideal.

The villa was amazing and we were sad to leave. It was great that we could take our little dog with us so we didn't need to leave him at home. The villa views were simply beautiful. We are already looking to return.
