Cottanello, located in the heart of the middle Sabina region, is about 1 hour from Rome and is a stone's throw from the border with Umbria. Located 551 meters above sea level, it is surrounded by unspoiled nature, with about 550 inhabitants and commercial activities (bar, restaurant, pharmacy, minimarket, butcher shop, etc.). Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the medieval village where the house is easily accessible. New opening from 11/30: adventure park in Fonte Certo (Cottanello), just 5 km away.
