This peaceful accommodation is located 50 m from the beach, you will also have a partial sea view from two bedrooms of the house. The seawall and bike path are located right across the street from the house. Beautiful cottage located in the middle of Courseulles-sur-Mer. Access, all on foot: 1 min from the Bassin harbor, 5 min from the city center, the market and many shops/restaurants and 8 min from the beaches. Attached to our house, 50 m2 (well soundproofed), it consists of an independent entrance, living room, open kitchen, 1 sofa bed and 1 shower room. Upstairs: 1 double bed, 2 single beds Covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha. 400 m² garden, to share with us.
