We will be happy to make you spend a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backgrounds in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city centre of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

In champagne at the gates of Burgundy, discover our new renovated house for a relaxing stay for the whole family where you can enjoy the outdoor pool to share patio garden and private entrance. Elegant decoration, 1 family bedroom with shower room and toilet, 1 master bedroom with island bathtub and toilet. This house is located on the grounds of the Villa des Chouettes, close to vineyards, an amusement park, Troyes, and the Forêt d'Orient lake.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.
