Jersey Queen is a 2 bedroom duplex guest house with a relaxed country vibe. Best suited to families and couples staying together. This special place will make you feel right at home. Only a 5-minute walk to Cowaramup main street for food, coffee and drinks. *NB, Additional charge of $40/night for 5th guest (fold-away bed and linen to suit a child) *NB, We live in the adjoining property with a young child and dog. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, one beautifully appointed bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. The Bunkhouse is a beautifully renovated and modern 2 Bedroom cottage situated on peaceful 10 acres surrounded by grazing farmland. Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.

Westgate Farm - The Barn

“The Barn” was completed at the beginning of 2018 and is located within the grounds of Westgate Farm, a 100 acre working horse and cattle property in Cowaramup. The open plan, one-bedroom property has a covered terrace to the north which enjoys panoramic views of the property and surrounding countryside. Spectacular sunsets can also be enjoyed from a private walled courtyard adorned with olive trees. The Barn is strictly for two adults only.
